xBugHunter is a SaaS platform that provides tools, automation, monitoring, and educational resources for security researchers and bug bounty hunters.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform only for legal and authorized security testing

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Perform illegal hacking
• Attack systems without explicit authorization
• Use xBugHunter to harm, disrupt, or exploit individuals or organizations
• Resell or abuse the service

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Prices may change with prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, branding, and tools are owned by DevSecure SARL AU.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

xBugHunter is provided “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

• Actions taken by users
• Legal consequences arising from misuse
• Financial or data losses
